Forest Bathing

Sometimes life calls for a pause, a moment to step back from the daily rush. Four years ago, there was a personal experience of how healing it can be to be alone in nature — among the flowers, in complete peace, without meeting anyone.

That is the essence of forest bathing: slowing down, becoming still, and reconnecting with oneself, right in the middle of nature. It is a place that offers room to sort out thoughts, rediscover one’s story, and quietly find alignment with one’s own path again.

Equi-libi creates a safe, natural place where people can unwind, are invited to rediscover their story, and can reconnect with themselves.

There is no therapy offered.

What is forest bathing?

Originated in the 1980s in Japan as stress prevention.

Lasts 1.5 hours.

The aim is not to exercise, but to relax and connect with nature.
